BJ Brinkerhoff

BJ offers clients a wealth of experience from a wide variety of litigation matters, representing individuals, small and family businesses, large corporations and Fortune 500 companies in multiple forums.  He focuses his practice on business disputes, such as employment matters, shareholder claims, director and officer liability and day-to-day business disputes.  BJ also has litigation experience handling products liability cases, restaurant and retail liability, civil rights matters, contract disputes, insurance matters, personal injury and appeals.   BJ has spent a substantial amount of time working with small business owners and entrepreneurs to guide them through their legal issues including: negotiation of real estate disputes; franchising and intellectual property matters; issues between partners and founders, and counseling business owners on how to avoid legal risks.  Indiana has a vibrant startup community and BJ has been at the forefront, working with entrepreneurs to address their unique concerns and challenges.  BJ graduated with a B.A. from Vanderbilt University, and remains a die-hard Commodores fan. He received his J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. While in law school, BJ was a finalist and later served as Chief Justice for the Sherman Minton Moot Court Competition.

Marian C. Drenth

Marian C. Drenth concentrates her practice in civil litigation with an emphasis in health care litigation.  Her experience includes representing clients through Indiana's Medical Review Panel Process, mediation and through trial.  Ms. Drenth has successfully defended clients in numerous jury trial, many as first chair, in matters involving general negligence and medical malpractice claims.  She speaks at in-house seminars for health care providers regarding preventative tools to assit in risk management.  She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Porter County Inns of Court and Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, where she currently serves as Director and previously served as vice-chair of the Health Lasw Section.  She is a fellow of the American Bar Foundation.She served as a board member of the Porter County Inns of Court where she became president in 2009.

J. Curtis Greene practices in the Litigation Department of Barnes & Thornburg LLP's Indianapolis, Indiana Office. Mr. Greene represents individuals as well as private and publicly-traded companies regionally and nationally in a variety of civil litigation matters. His practice focuses primarily in business/commercial disputes and products liability defense. Mr. Greene joined the firm after nearly 10 years in both the public and private sectors serving in various operational and executive business management roles.  Mr. Greene currently serves on the Executive Committee and serves as Chair of DTCI's Business Litigation Section.  He is also a member of the Marion County Local Rules Committee and is active in the Indianapolis community and state and local bar associations.  Mr. Greene graduated magna cum laude from the Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis, where he served as editor-in-chief of volume 15 of the Indiana International & Comparative Law Review

Anna Mallon is a partner with Cantrell, Strenski & Mehringer and concentrates her practice in the areas of insurance bad faith, insurance coverage and third party defense of insureds.  Anna regularly practices in state and federal courts handling trials, summary judgment hearings, mediations and arbitrations.  Prior to attending law school, Anna taught high school government and worked in Washington, DC as a paralegal.  Anna received a B.A. in Political Science and a B.S. in Secondary Education from Miami University in 1997.  She received her J.D. from Indiana University School of Law- Indianapolis in 2002.  Anna is admitted to practice in Indiana, and before the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.  She is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Indianapolis Bar Association, Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana and Defense Research Institute.  Anna was named as a “Rising Star” by Indiana Super Lawyers in 2009, 2010 and 2011.

Libby Valos Moss is a Partner with the firm Kightlinger & Gray, LLP.  She is a trial attorney who concentrates her practice in the areas of employment law and defense of employers before the Indiana Worker's Compensation Board.  She is a frequent speaker on the issues employer's face when confronted with worker's compensation claims.  She is admitted to practice in Indiana and before the U.S. District Court, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.  Libby is a 1995 graduate of Ball State University and graduated from the Indiana University School of Law, Indianapolis, in 1999.  She has served as the Chair of the DTCI Worker's Compensation Section.  In addition to being an active member of DTCI, she is also a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Litigation Counsel of America and Defense Research Institute.

Elliott Pinkie is a partner with the Cline Law Group in Indianapolis, Indiana.  He practices in the areas of medical malpractice defense, medical licensing and credentialing, premises and products liability, and general civil litigation. Elliott has represented clients in bench trials, and has first and second chair jury trial experience. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Indiana.  Elliott has been selected multiple times for inclusion in the listing of Indiana Rising Stars® for his medical malpractice defense work.  In addition to defending physicians and other health care professionals in medical malpractice litigation, Elliott represents long-term care facilities and retail establishments against claims of negligence.  He also defends manufacturers against product liability claims under the Indiana Product Liability Act (IPLA).  Elliott earned a B.S. degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Ball State University (1995), and a J.D. from The Claude W. Pettit College of Law, Ohio Northern University (2000). Stacy F. Thompson is a partner at the Bloomington law firm of Clendening
Johnson & Bohrer, P.C. Her primary area of practice involves the
representation of health care providers in medical malpractice actions,
including representation of individual doctors, nurses, and hospitals.
She also has experience in general litigation, insurance defense and
employment law. Stacy graduated from Indiana University with a
Bachelor's degree with high distinction in Public Health and from the
Indiana University Maurer School of Law. She is admitted to the bar in
Indiana and to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern and
Southern Districts of Indiana.  In 2010, DTCI named Stacy the Young
Lawyer of the Year for her leadership qualities in service to the
Indiana defense bar, the national defense bar and the community.  Also
