A former Marion County Deputy Prosecutor and Deputy Attorney General, Cameron has extensive jury trial experience and has handled a broad spectrum of civil and criminal cases. Cameron is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit. Cameron is a member of the Indianapolis Bar Association, Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, and the Boone County Bar Association. |

John T. VanDenburgh is a partner in the firm’s Merrillville office. John focuses his practice on a wide range of civil litigation defense matters in both Indiana and Illinois, with an emphasis on construction, transportation and general negligence. He also frequently represents clients in other tort matters including premises liability, product liability and medical malpractice actions. John has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, and has successfully defended a variety of cases through trial. He defends construction companies in work-site accident and construction defect matters, and trucking companies in transportation cases. John is often called upon by his clients to engage in and coordinate immediate response teams for catastrophic accidents in order to develop and implement a defense strategy from the earliest possible moment. While in law school, John was the Managing Editor of the Valparaiso University Law Review. He also served as a Judicial Extern for Magistrate Judge Andrew Rodovich of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, and served as a student law clerk for several state court judges in Northwest Indiana. |

Michael practices in Indiana and Kentucky and provides advice and counsel for complying with both states’ employment-related laws. |

Yogi Snider focuses his practice on civil litigation, both commercial and tort. He has experience representing first- and third-party clients in a wide array of disputes, including catastrophic bodily injury and wrongful death litigation, environmental and toxic tort litigation, business disputes, insurance coverage matters, and appeals. He previously served as a judicial law clerk for Judge Margret G. Robb of the Indiana Court of Appeals and as a judicial extern to Judge Michael J. Newman of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He received his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law, where he was both the managing editor of the Law Review and the associate justice of administration for the Moot Court Board. As an undergraduate, Yogi was a NCAA Division I soccer player at IUPUI. |

Jon is a Partner with Schultz & Pogue, LLP, and focuses his practice in the area of general liability defense. Jon has successfully defended individuals and businesses in auto, premises liability, and products liability lawsuits. Jon also defends individuals and businesses in construction defect matters and before the Indiana Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. He is admitted to practice in Indiana, as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Prior to joining Schultz & Pogue, LLP, Jon obtained his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law where he was a member of the University of Dayton Law Review and served as a national competitor for the UDSL Moot Court program. Jon is a member of the Indianapolis and Indiana State Bar Associations, as well as the Defense Research Institute. He is also a member of the Sagamore American Inn of Court, as well as the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana, where he serves as the Section Chair for the Products Liability Section. |

Katie also frequently represents property owners in the defense of personal injury litigation. Aubrey focuses her law practice on the defense of businesses in employment-related litigation. Aubrey’s expertise is in the concentration of litigation before the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Board. Aubrey assists employers in worker’s compensation disputes including compensability decisions, investigations and all aspects of litigation from discovery and through trial. Aubrey has written and spoken extensively on the Indiana Worker’s Compensation Act and its practical application for employers. Further, Aubrey counsels businesses in other worker’s compensation employment-related issues such as returning to work, termination and benefit analysis in an effort to help her clients minimize exposure due to employment decisions. In 2013 and 2014, Aubrey taught employment law classes at Marion University. She covered topics such as Title VII, ADA, and Indiana worker’s compensation law in the class “Law in the Modern Workplace.” In 2009, Aubrey was named a Leadership in Law “Up and Coming Lawyer” by The Indiana Lawyer. For numerous years since 2009 she has been selected to the Rising Stars list published in Indiana Super Lawyers Magazine. Additionally, she was recently honored to be recognized as a 2023 Best Lawyer in America, an honor received by only the top 5.3% of all practicing lawyers in the United States. Beginning in 2023, Aubrey will serve as the Chair for the Worker’s Compensation Section of the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana (DTCI). In 2020 Aubrey was a driving force behind securing the title sponsorship of the annual Indiana Chamber Indiana Worker’s Compensation Conference and has also secured title sponsorship for the 2021, 2022, and 2023 conference. In addition to Indiana Work Comp conferences, she has been selected to speak at the ICLEF Annual Masters Series Conference, and the 2021 CLM Workers Compensation and Retail, Restaurant & Hospitality Conference taking place in Chicago. In addition to speaking at statewide conferences Aubrey is frequently asked to contribute or be featured in professional publications. Thomson Reuters Practical Law AUTHORity newsletter featured Aubrey for their final newsletter of 2020 and she also contributed to the CLM magazine and webinar series in 2021. Within the firm and legal community, Aubrey has taken proactive steps to mentor aspiring female lawyers and new associates. Aubrey also spearheads the firm’s Women Attorney’s Network, which is focused on creating a supportive, authentic environment for female attorneys to connect and promote issues relevant and unique to this class of attorneys. |
